Privacy notice.
How SiteSurvey365 handles the personal information you give us through this website, and the choices you have.
Who we are
This website is run by SiteSurvey365 (“we” or “us”), based in the United Kingdom. We are responsible for the personal information you give us through it.
For anything about your information, email info@sitesurvey365.io.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, business email address, company, telephone number, company size, the kind of conversation you want and your message. We also record that you agreed to us using these details to respond.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address, browser and the pages you request, so that it can deliver the site and protect it from attack. If our spam check is switched on, Cloudflare Turnstile also processes technical signals from your browser to tell people apart from automated submissions.
We do not collect anything else through this website, and we do not use analytics or advertising tools.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange the demo, discovery session or pricing conversation you asked for.
- To keep a record of our conversation with you.
- To keep this website secure and free of spam.
We do not sell your information, and we do not send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Our lawful basis
We rely on our legitimate interests: responding to a business enquiry you chose to send us, managing the conversation that follows, and keeping this website secure. When you tick the box on the enquiry form, you confirm that we may use your details to respond. You can object to our use of your information at any time.
Who we share it with
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website, runs the enquiry form and, when switched on, the spam check.
- Postmark, which delivers your enquiry to our inbox by email.
- Our email provider, which holds the enquiries we receive.
They act on our instructions and only use your information to provide their service to us. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Transfers outside the UK
Cloudflare and Postmark may process information outside the UK. Where they do, it is protected by data protection terms that meet UK requirements, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for 24 months from our last contact with you, then delete them. If you become a customer, your details become part of our customer records and are kept under the terms of your agreement. Cloudflare keeps technical logs under its own retention policies.
Cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from attack, and the spam check may do the same. They do not track you across other websites.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email info@sitesurvey365.io. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
