Fair, flat-rate pricing for your whole team.

One annual platform agreement covers your office, engineers, subcontractors and customers. No per-engineer licences, no modules to unlock, and AI included. Talk to us and we will price it around how you work.

Pricing that doesn’t punish you for growing.

With a lot of software, the real cost hides in the detail: a licence for every engineer, modules to unlock, AI on top and onboarding fees nobody mentioned. We price the other way.

A general comparison of common pricing approaches, not of any named product.

Everything your team needs, in one rate.

  • Up to 100 full office users
  • Unlimited field engineers
  • Governed contractor and subcontractor access
  • Unlimited customer-portal users
  • The whole platform, with nothing to unlock
  • Standard support
  • A standard AI allowance
  • 500 GB pooled storage

Fair-use and contracted-company boundaries apply. The order form defines the operating scope and expected volume.

How the rate is set.

A few simple levers, agreed before you buy. The rate can grow with your business without turning into a charge for every engineer.

  • Full office-user band
  • Operating companies and legal entities
  • Work orders, visits and operational volume
  • Storage above the included 500 GB
  • AI use above the standard allowance
  • Integration, environment and support complexity

Live in weeks, not months.

We have moved contractors off spreadsheets and older systems before, and we know how data behaves. Our onboarding team runs a structured pipeline outside the platform: discovery, extraction, normalisation and one source of truth. Then we bring it into SiteSurvey365 on a go-live date agreed at the start. Sometimes it is quicker still.

Onboarding pipeline run-through

Illustrative. Sample company and figures.
A plan agreed before you sign
Your go-live date, what comes across and any cost are agreed with you up front, case by case.
Training that sticks
A full training pack and training scheme get each team up to speed quickly, with ongoing training as you grow.
Help inside the product
Ask the Assistant to explain the page you are on, the next step for a record, or how to change a setting. It answers from what you can see.
Import more yourself, any time
Once you are live, import customers, sites, contacts, devices, products, price lists and panel files yourself, with a preview of every change before anything is written.

How long onboarding takes depends on your data, your current systems and how much history you bring across. Standard support is included; enhanced support, such as extended hours or a named account manager, is optional.

What buyers usually need to clarify.

What counts as an office user?

A full office user can work across the permitted customer, commercial, scheduling, operational and management areas. Field engineers, governed contractors and customer-portal users are treated separately.

Are engineers really unlimited?

The platform agreement does not charge a licence for every field engineer. Fair-use, operating-volume and contracted-company boundaries still apply, so unrelated businesses or extreme workloads are reviewed before agreement.

Is anything priced as a separate module?

No. One platform agreement covers the whole platform, including Route Intelligence. Usage above the included AI allowance or 500 GB of storage, and enhanced support, are agreed transparently. Group-wide capability that is still design-partner build-out is scoped openly with you.

What about several operating companies?

We use simple scale bands based on the number of office users, operating companies, operational volume and support complexity. Group-wide control-plane capability is scoped transparently where it remains design-partner build-out.

How long does onboarding take, and what does it cost?

Typically weeks, not months, and sometimes quicker. It depends on your data, your current systems and how much history you bring across. The plan, the go-live date and any cost are agreed with you before you sign.

How are AI and storage handled?

The subscription includes a standard AI allowance and 500 GB pooled storage. Your admins can see AI use against its allowance at any time, and additional use is agreed transparently before costs change.

Can SiteSurvey365 connect to our finance system?

Issued invoices can be pushed to Xero, as drafts for approval or already authorised. A Sage Intacct connection is built, and its invoice posting is being verified. Other finance systems are discussed during discovery.

Commercial qualification: Annual platform agreement, priced around your operation. Your onboarding plan and any cost are agreed before you sign. Fair-use and contracted-company boundaries apply. Additional AI, storage and enhanced support are agreed transparently.
