Win the right work, at the right price.

Survey on site, place every device on the drawing and read the specification with AI. Then price the job from your own catalogue, and order, buy and invoice from the same record.

Survey on site. Let the photo fill the record.

Engineers capture each device where they stand: a photo, its details, notes and the discipline’s checklist. AI suggests the make and model from the photo; the surveyor checks it and saves.

Survey capture run-through

Real photo and real result. Screens illustrative.

Device photo: Tvtoaster, CC BY-SA 4.0, cropped. Identification captured from the live engine on 12 Oct 2026; the site is fictitious.

Everything about the device
Where it is, its make, model and serial number, and marked-up photos, captured on site in the engineer app.
Notes typed or dictated
Type notes, or dictate them by voice where your company has switched dictation on.
Checklists for each discipline
Stage checklists for fire, intruder, CCTV and access, your own question sheets, and a survey report as a PDF.

Identifying a device from a photo and voice dictation need a connection.

On the drawing, and in its history.

A device placed on the plan is not a picture of a device. It is the record itself, and everything that happens to it from survey to maintenance stays with it.

Drawing and history run-through

Illustrative. Sample building, device and people.
PDF drawings, with revisions
Import a drawing sheet as a PDF and keep each revision. A job keeps the revision it was marked up against.
The marker is the device
Placing a device on the drawing creates its record, in the Survey stage, ready to carry through install and maintenance.
History that follows the device
Every lifecycle change is recorded with who made it, when and why. A device with a history can’t be deleted.

Engineers open a job’s drawings online, through the job’s shared link. Drawings are not part of the offline engineer app.

AI reads the spec. Your estimator signs it off.

Try it on a demo specification. Scope Analysis returns the figures to price, the estate to leave alone, the standards that apply and the questions to ask, with every figure traced back to its clause. Nothing reaches a quote until a person has checked it.

Scope Analysis

Not analysed yet

When you run it, AI fills in four things for the estimator to check:

  1. Key figures — to supplyWhat to price, new or replacement
  2. Existing estateWhat is already there, kept out of the price
  3. StandardsWhat the work has to comply with
  4. ClarificationsThe questions to settle before you commit
AI proposed · every figure traced to its source

Key figures — to supply

  • NewAI confidence 97%
  • ReplaceAI confidence 96%

Existing estate — reference, never quoted

  • 6Sounder beaconRetain

Standards

  • BS 5839-1:2017, Category L2

Clarifications (5) — to resolve before quoting

  • Is the existing panel and loop retained, or is new loop wiring needed?
  • Is new cabling and containment needed for the 14 new detectors?
  • Which occupied areas need out-of-hours working, and in what hours?
  • Are the existing sounder beacons compatible with the new loop?
  • Who produces the cause-and-effect matrix, and by when?

Run the analysis to see what AI proposes. Nothing is priced until the estimator signs it off.

Quotes in your words, without new promises.

Build the quote from your catalogue and price lists. Enhance tidies the description into your published tone of voice and marks every change, and nothing changes until the estimator accepts it.

Enhance run-through

Illustrative. Sample quote, site and figures.
Your catalogue, your prices
Quote lines priced from your own catalogue and supplier price lists.
Approval before it goes out
Approval rules catch value, margin and discount before a quote is sent. Once sent, it is locked.
Accepted means ordered
When the customer accepts online, the sales order is created there and then, frozen exactly as quoted.

Enhance never adds prices, quantities, dates, scope or promises. It works on draft quotes and uses your company’s monthly Enhance allowance.

One catalogue, from quote to purchase order.

Your products, priced from your suppliers’ own lists. Pick them into quotes, then turn the accepted order into purchase orders at each supplier’s current price.

Product catalogue run-through

Illustrative. Fictitious brands, suppliers and prices.
Supplier price lists, imported
Import each supplier’s price list from Excel and see what changed before it replaces the old one.
Sell prices that follow cost
Sell prices follow cost with your markup by product type or category, or are fixed where you need them.
Purchase orders per supplier
Draft purchase orders are raised from the order, one per supplier, with deliveries booked in against what was ordered.
Bills matched three ways
Each supplier bill is matched to its purchase order and delivery, and any difference is flagged.
A named project lead
Nothing is bought or invoiced against an order until a project lead is named.
Engineers use it too
In the engineer app, parts used on a job come from van stock, the catalogue or free text.

Invoiced, and in your accounts.

Raise invoices from orders and approved service charges, issue them, and push them to Xero without re-typing a line.

Invoicing run-through

Illustrative. Sample customer, order and figures.
Invoice your way
Invoice an order in full, by selected lines or by percentage, with a preview first. Approved service charges become draft invoices on their own.
Pushed to Xero
Push issued invoices to Xero one at a time or in bulk, as drafts for approval or already authorised. Lines carry their nominal codes and VAT.
Every push recorded
Each invoice shows whether it has been pushed, with the history of every attempt and the Xero reference.

Pushing is a click, for one invoice or many; invoices are not posted automatically when issued. Payments are not returned from Xero. A Sage Intacct connection is built and its invoice posting is being verified.
